Each guest receives a personal locker, depending on their reservation and availability .

A deposit of €50 in cash is required for the locker.

Yes. Loaner wellness bags with bathrobe, bath towels and bathing shoes are included depending on the ticket option .

Otherwise, the rental fee is €10 per person .

Alternatively, you can of course bring your own swimwear .

Are cancellations or rebookings possible?

No. Once tickets have been purchased, refunds or changes are unfortunately no longer possible. Please ensure that you enter your details correctly .

However, the ticket can be transferred to another person (18+).
