Hotel accommodations & terms and conditions
1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all bookings, stays, and the use of the spa and wellness facilities.
By making a booking or entering the premises, the guest accepts these terms.
2. Admission & Age Restriction
Access is strictly limited to persons aged 18 and over.
The operator reserves the right to refuse entry without stating reasons.
3. Use of Spa & Wellness Area
Use of all facilities is at the guest’s own risk.
The operator assumes no liability for accidents, particularly due to:

slipping on wet surfaces
-
improper use of facilities
-
physical reactions (sauna, steam bath, pool, etc.)
Each guest is responsible for their own health and safety.
4. Disclaimer of Liability
Stay and use of the premises are at the guest’s own responsibility.
The operator is only liable in cases of:
-
intent
-
gross negligence
Liability is excluded for:
-
slight negligence
-
consequential damages
-
loss of holiday/experience
-
personal belongings
5. Wardrobe & Valuables
No liability is accepted for loss, theft or damage of:
-
clothing
-
valuables
-
cash
-
electronic devices
This applies especially in changing rooms, spa areas and hotel rooms.
6. House Rules & Conduct
Amoria stands for a respectful and stylish atmosphere.
In case of:
-
excessive noise
-
inappropriate behavior
-
harassment of other guests
-
violation of house rules
the operator reserves the right to:
👉 remove guests from the premises at any time
No refund will be granted in such cases.
7. Noise Disturbance & Damages
In case of excessive noise or disruption:
-
additional charges or compensation may be applied
-
especially in case of complaints by other guests
-
or early departures caused by disturbance
8. Payment Terms
Unless otherwise agreed, the full amount is due in advance or at the time of booking.
If payment is not made on time, the operator reserves the right to cancel the booking.
9. Room Bookings & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation is free up to 14 days before arrival
-
A processing fee of €25 per room applies to every cancellation
Within 14 days before arrival:
👉 100% of the total amount is due
In case of:
-
no-show
-
late arrival
-
early departure
👉 no refund will be granted
10. Day Spa Bookings
Upon purchase of a Day Spa access:
👉 no cancellation or refund is possible
This applies regardless of the reason.
11. Booking & Transfer
Bookings are personal and may not be transferred to third parties.
Sharing access data (e.g. codes) is strictly prohibited.
12. Self Check-in & Access
Access is provided via personal codes.
Guests are responsible for:

secure handling
-
not sharing access
The operator assumes no liability for misuse.
13. Health & Personal Responsibility
Use of the spa area is at the guest’s own responsibility.
Guests confirm that no health conditions prevent them from using the facilities.
14. Video Surveillance
For security reasons, entrance areas may be under video surveillance.
Processing is carried out in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
15. Changes & Availability
The operator reserves the right to:

adjust opening hours
-
temporarily close areas
-
modify offers
This does not entitle the guest to any refund.
16. Force Majeure
In cases of force majeure (e.g. power outages, technical failures, natural events),
no claims for compensation or refunds can be made.
17. Hotel Accommodation Terms
For hotel stays, the Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions (ÖHVB) apply in their current version.
These regulate in particular:

cancellation conditions
-
arrival and departure
-
payment terms
-
rights and obligations of guests and accommodation providers
Where these GTC contain no deviating provisions, the ÖHVB apply.
These GTC take precedence over the ÖHVB where applicable.

18. Jurisdiction & Applicable Law
Austrian law applies.
Place of jurisdiction is the registered office of the company.
